American Idol looked to be headed for another wild scandal when it was reported that someone in the hometown of Amanda Overmyer was busy shopping photos of the wild haired nurse in the buff. That report originally came from the National Enquirer and the details were that the party had the photos and was looking for cash.

Next up was Ramiele Malubay, the adorable little singer with the very big voice. She was photographed with some other girls and in one photo her breasts were being groped while another showed her feeling up another girl in the racy photos that were placed online and e-mailed all over. But they were fairly tame and it never developed into any kind of a scandal that had legs.

The next scandal that hit was a bit different for American Idol fare. Contestant David Hernandez was eliminated last week but before he was booted it was revealed that he was a male stripper and all sorts of wild photos were leaked online from his days of taking it off. So - who's next? Or is this a relatively scandal free season now that David is done.
It's always difficult to tell with the reality television show that is American idol as these are young people with MySpace pages and as they are musicians there is plenty of wild times that are captured with digital cameras and cell phone. But I don't believe that we will see any Antonella Barbra type photos scandals this season. That is, unless someone leaks the in the buff Amanda Overmeyer photos online and they rock the competition.
